ہر ملک سْپر پاور کیوں نہیں ہے؟ Why is not every country a Superpower

 

آخر ہر مْلک  سْپر پاور کیوں  نہیں ہے...تو پھر یہ ہے سْپر پاور یا سْپر سے بھی اْوپر بننے کا آسان ترین نسخہ

یہاں کتابوں کی تعداد ڈیڑھ کروڑ سے اْوپر ہے۔ ان کتابوں کی حفاظت کے لئے اور انہیں گلنے سڑنے کے عمل سے بچانے کے لئے بہت

 حفاظت کی جاتی ہے۔

اگر یہاں آگ لگ جائے تو اس لائبریری میں ایسا آٹومیٹک سسٹم ہے جو کتابوں کی حفاظت کے لئے آکسیجن لیول اتنا کم کر سکتا ہے کہ آگ مزید نہیں پھیل سکتی۔ کتابیں کچھ عرصے بعد انفیکشن یا کسی پیتھوجن کے حملے سے گلنا شروع ہو جاتی ہیں لہٰذا  یونیورسٹی نے اس مسئلے کے حل کے لئے تحقیق کی اور ایسا میکنزم لایا جس سے پرانی کتابوں کو منفی درجہ حرارت سے ٹریٹ کرکے انکی عمر کو بڑھا دیا جاتا ہے تاکہ اصل نسخے بچ سکیں۔

اس وقت امریکہ کی صرف ایک لائبریری میں کتابوں کی تعداد اتنی زیادہ ہے کہ اگر تمام مسلمان ممالک کی لائبریریز کو اکھٹا کیا جائے تو تب بھی ان کتب کی تعداد اس ایک لائبریری کے برابر نہیں بنتی۔ کانگریس لائبریری 170 ملین یا پھر 17 کروڑ کتابیں رکھتی ہے ان کتابوں کا احاطہ 800 میل بک شیلف ہے۔

اس وقت دنیا کی چالیس بڑی لائبریریز میں، مسلمان دنیا جس کی آبادی دو ارب ہے، کی ایک لائبریری ہے جس میں فقط پانچ لاکھ کتابیں ہیں اسکندریہ کی یہ لائبریری مصر میں اس لئے محفوظ ہے کیونکہ یہ دنیا کی سب سے پرانی لائبریری ہے ورنہ مسلمان ممالک کو کْتب خانے بنانے کی توفیق نہیں رہی۔

اِس وقت پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی لائبریری فقط تین لاکھ کْتب رکھتی ہے۔ ان کْتب میں بھی زیادہ تعداد ریاستی مؤقف کی تائید کرتی ہے اور ان میں ایسی کتب بہت کم ہیں جو قوم کی حقیقی تعلیم دوست  جذباتیت اْبھارنے کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کا  ایسا عِلم بڑھا سکیں جو آج کے دور  کے لئے انتہائی ناگزیر ہے۔

ہم نے یہ جنریشن اتنی آسانی سے نہیں بنائی کہ جسے یہ پتا ہونے کی بجائے کہ ہمارا      ہمسایہ ملک بھارت ہے بلکہ انہیں یہ پتا ہے کہ ہمارا دشمن ملک بھارت ہے۔ اور یہ ایک المیہ ہے ہم اپنے بچوں کو سوائے نفرت کے کچھ سکھا ہی نہیں پائے۔ آج ہماری بڑی جنریشن میں شائد کوئی بھی تیس سال کی عمر تک بیس کتابیں بھی نہیں پڑھ پاتا ۔  

سپر پاور بننا کوئی آسان کام نہیں ہے اس وقت امریکہ کی کچھ لائبریریز مل کر ایک ارب تک کتابیں رکھتی ہیں وہاں ہر سال ایک ایک کتاب   لاکھوں کاپیز بیچتی ہے اور  پاکستان میں کوئی کتاب پڑھنے والا مْشکل ہی  سے ملتا ہے۔  دراصل  صرف عِلم  ہی   سْپر پاور بنا تا ہے۔

یعنی  تعلیم اور کتابوں سے حقیقی طور پر استفادہ کرنا ہی دراصل ترقی کرنا ہے۔

     This library of the American university Yale seen in the picture has several hundreds of years old books. The number of books here is above one and a half crore. Great care is taken to protect these books and to protect them from the process of decay.

    If a fire breaks out here, the library has an automatic system that can reduce the oxygen level to protect the books so that the fire cannot spread further. Books begin to decay after some time due to infection or attack by a pathogen, so the university researched to solve this problem and came up with a mechanism to extend the life of old books by treating them with negative temperatures. Original prescriptions can be saved.

     Currently, the number of books in only one library of America is so much that if the libraries of all Muslim countries are gathered, even then the number of these books is not equal to this one library. The Library of Congress holds 170 million or 170 million books on 800 miles of bookshelves.

     Currently, among the forty largest libraries in the world, the Muslim world with a population of two billion has a library that contains only five million books. This library of Alexandria is preserved in Egypt because it is the oldest library in the world, otherwise Muslims It was not possible to build a library.

    At present, the biggest library of Pakistan has only three lakh books. A large number of these books also support the position of the state and there are very few books among them which can raise the thoughts of the people and increase their knowledge which is very indispensable for today's era.

     We have not created this generation so easily that instead of knowing that our neighbor is India, they know that our enemy is India. And it is a tragedy that we have taught our children nothing but hatred. Today, in our older generation, perhaps no one can read even twenty books by the age of thirty.

     It is not an easy task to become a superpower. Currently, some libraries in the United States hold up to a billion books, each book sells millions of copies every year, and hardly anyone reads a book in Pakistan. Actually, only proper and positive education makes super power.
